We recommend watching these videos in order and all of the way through. You can refer back to a lesson in the future anytime you need a refresher.

Congratulations if you already completed the Healthy Eating Series with our Registered Dietitian and are coming back for a refresher!  

If you are new, welcome! You can watch the videos at your own pace. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, I recommend watching one video every other week. Be sure to write down any questions you have and schedule a follow-up with the Dietitian once you have completed them.
