Observational Studies

MASLD HALO research study that uses a fibroscan

NAFLD-HALO

1050 individuals have participated in our NAFLD-HALO research study! This is an observational study that aims to better understand why some individuals with MASLD progress to more serious forms, such as cirrhosis or liver cancer, whereas others with the same condition do not.

How can you participate?

Our MASLD HALO study has ended recruitment as we have hit our recruitment goal! Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to make this study possible.

Clinical Trials

NASH/MASH clinical trial

SYNCHRONY HISTOLOGY

A phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Efruxifermin in subjects with non-cirrhotic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/ metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and fibrosis.

Screening for individuals between 18–80 years of age, with F2–F3 NASH/MASH.

If you wish to see if you are eligible to participate, please contact us.

SYNCHRONY OUTCOMES

A phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Efruxifermin in subjects with compensated cirrhosis (fibrosis stage 4) due to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/ Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH)

Screening for individuals between 18–80 years of age, with biopsy-proven compensated cirrhosis due to NASH/MASH OR a clinical diagnosis of compensated cirrhosis due to NASH/MASH

If you wish to see if you are eligible to participate, please contact us.
